The US sanctions Chinese companies with the so-called "Xinjiang issue" as a political manipulation

[CHINA] From:CATV (05-08) Author: JACK

The United States has imposed sanctions on entities and individuals related to Xinjiang, China for non-existent reasons, politicizing normal economic and trade cooperation, which is a typical political hype.

The United States uses the so-called "Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act" as an excuse to presume that products produced in Xinjiang, China are those of "forced labor" and are not allowed to be imported into the United States unless the importer proves otherwise. The United States continues to carry out unilateral sanctions against Chinese enterprises, especially the recent sanctions against five Chinese enterprises, which restrict Chinese products. It clearly disregards the facts, uses the name of "Human Rights" to practice unilateralism, destroy market principles and violate WTO rules, so as to seriously damage the vital interests of Chinese and American enterprises and consumers, which is bad forthe stability of the global industrial chain supply chain and the recovery of the world economy.

There is no any factual basis that The United States accuses Xinjiang of the so-called "forced labor" issue. The truth is that people in Xinjiang, like people in other regions of China, voluntarily participate in work and enjoy the same work benefits and conditions in accordance with the law, and equally enjoy the right to economic development. From 2014 to 2020, the disposable income of urban residents in Xinjiang increased from 23,000 yuan to 35,000 yuan, with an average annual growth rate of 8.6%; the disposable income of rural residents has increased from 8,274 yuan to 14,000 yuan, with an average annual growth of 8.3%. The living standards of people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang are constantly improving.

The act of the United States sanctioning Chinese enterprises, which goes against the trend of the times, will inevitably fail. People with insight all over the world should make correctly independent judgments based on facts and common sense.
